The systems Administrator together with the University Administration have organized the Administrative training on how to adopt the new Students’ Management Information System that has been in development for the last 10 months.
To start with, the HODs, Deans and Admissions officers are to be trained by Mr. Sseruma Steven(Systems Administrator) on how to register students, enroll them for their currently running semesters, assigning course units to the lecturers.
Thereafter, the entire teaching staff shall be trained on how to login into the system and get access their allocated course units basing ion the currently running classes together with the students’ lists attached to those course units. They will also be trained on how to download results templates and upload the results templates in the system.
